| Red and multi colored jasper and the center is a Bloodstone teardrop. I got the bloodstone about 2 years ago at the gem and mineral show here and have been working on what to do with it. Sometimes I surprise myself when I make piece
of jewelry and this was one of those times ! I
started making something else with these items
yesterday and it just sort of went this direction
instead. I got done and looked at the earrings and
went "These are BEAUTIFUL!" And then I wanted
to keep them for myself! However, if you know me,
you know I don't wear gold. So... Now I have to
make them in silver so I can have a pair! 14kt.
