We ship only within the united states (can't insure or
get a tracking # when shipping outside the us). We
ship within 5 business days. If there is a delay we will
notify you thru email.

We ship thru the post office (best deal with tracking
info & it can go to your PO box, home, business, work).


SHIPPING IS PRIORITY MAIL.

Gift Wrap: we do gift wrapping upon request. Our
jewelry already comes in a gift box, then inside of a
shipping box with packing around it. If you would like it
wrapped for birthday, anniversary, mothers/fathers day,
etc. Let us know. It is an extra $5.00 charge. It will be
gift wrapped with a bow and a little card.
We will also ship to them for you. No receipt or
paperwork other than the card with your sentiment.
Just let us know.

Iron bear accepts Paypal (no account necessary to pay
with Paypal, just an email address), visa, master card,
American express, discover, checks and money
orders/cashiers checks.

We have a separate page that is a printable order form
if you want to order thru the mail. Money order, cashiers
check or personal checks are accepted. We will ship
when the funds are available to us. If you would like to

we'll see if it can be fixed or replaced.
When u ship, please insure it for what u paid for it (just

3. Stones can break if u abuse em-so chill out already!

4. I don't replace jewelry for stupid reasons
(can't help u if u lost it or abused it)!

5. If u mistreat it u gotta buy another one!
